  • Nope...I simply compressed the timeline a couple times over using Sony Vegas. I too was surprised at how well it help up in the end. Shockingly smooth.

  • @1moreastronaut Awesome. I've been using Vegas lately, but not for speeding things up. I'll give it a try!

  • @p00lman Little tip...Vegas will only speed up a timeline to 4x its original speed. If you want to make it faster (and I did), compress the timeline, save it, then import the saved timeline as an element in a new Vegas project and compress it again. You can do this several times over without having to render out any of the timelines.

  • This looks amazing. Did you use any special function for the time lapse effect, or just sped things up? Usually when I speed up video, it looks choppy, but this is super smooth.

  • @p00lman Nothing like that. Vegas handles this stuff really, really well.
