Candombe Show in Chicago with Ernest and Maricela

Ernest Williams and Maricela Wilson perform Uruguayan Candombe to live drummers as done during carnival in Montevideo. Maricela is dressed as the Vedette (star bailarina) and Ernest is representing the male counterpart (the bailarin). This was part of a tango and candombe concert produced by Uruguayan bandoneonista Gerardo Perez at the Morse Theater Feb 19, 2009 in Chicago.

Ernest and Maricela are available to teach and represent tango (including canyengue) and authentic candombe around the country and around the world.

Thank you. To my knowledge there is no one in the U.S. offering classes in this except for us. We now live in Virginia.
