http://www.neuro-ortho.org - The new Siemens Iso-C3D device coupled with the latest Medtronic Stealth navigation system, allows the surgeon to view the operative field in "real time" from any and all perspectives, and to use this information to safely navigate in and around the spine. For patients, that means increased safety, less radiation exposure, and potentially shorter operations.
OK neat way to stop a hole but where at in the body is this being done. I agree to post this video with no sound is a grave oversight. The author needs to fix it or delete it or at the very least describe with text whats accomplished here????

No audio and the video stops dead at 1:26? I think I'll find a surgeon who will not use a Siemens product on my spine.
