Daily Dictation is an ESL channel on YouTube for people who want to improve their English listening skills. Each lesson has a sentence (or two) for dictation, and the following lesson has the answers AND the next dictation^^

The original audio comes from AP News~

The answer:
German, Rolf Buchholz, is the man with the most peircings; he's got 453.

Today's English dictation also comes from AP News! It's about NASA's satellite which is FALLING TO EARTH! Be careful! The answer...next class.

  • Thanks alot Sir,these clips are really helpful

but could you come with a bit more lengthy conversation (1 or 2 minutes ) so that we find more nd more words.

  • @ilovecivilengg I glad you like them. SOME of my lessons are longer--but studying more material is actually difficult for me because of the video editing and rendering time. My 15 minute videos take over two hours--sometimes three hours to complete T.T IF I could do this on YouTube as my FULL TIME job, then I will upload longer lessons!!!

  • A satellite "....." carried to the space avoid(?) the shuttle discovery 20 years ago is about to fall to earth, but nobody knows where the "..." will hit.

  • @YouSoGreatShane Not too bad^^

  • I have a worse).

  • @YerkinbekuluTTV ^^It's not easy, but keep practicing and you will become good!

  • I was in Russia, finished Ural politechnical institute in 1992.

  • Thanks a lot

    ... Разбуди меня завтра рано

    Засвети в нашей горнице свет

    Говорят,что я скоро стану

    ЗНАМЕНИТЫЙ РУССКИЙ ПОЭТ...

  • @poetoyunchimeg I have never heard of Esenin--until now. I too like poetry, but I do not know much about it T.T I can say that I really like Robert Frost. Poetry is difficult to appreciate--ESPECIALLY if it is not in your native language? Do you speak Russian like a native speaker? Of course, you speak Mongolian...and your English seems great too!

    Goodbye, my friend, goodbye

My love, you are in my heart.

It was preordained we should part

And be reunited by and by.

    Goodbye: no handshake to endure.

Let's have no sadness — furrowed brow.

There's nothing new in dying now

    Though living is no newer.
