@gundamnduke0 "when you give in to the government, your life is fucked." first of all, i never said to give in to the government. i was just not pleased with the barbaric ways the politicians (politicians only not civilians) were displaying their opinions. also, your point sounds a little extreme to me. anyways its obvious our little discussion is going no where so i guess we can just both keep our own opinions. good day, bye! :)

@25jai123 dude, is not the situation of like or dislike. u kno, when u give in to the government, ur life's fucked, ok?

@gundamnduke0 for example, when talking to professors. even if i may dislike them or not. i would watch my language and talk differently in the way i talk to friends. quite a no brainer right? a policeman would talk and use different language when he is on duty compared to when he is at home. as politicians i just think that their actions should be a little more controlled. passionate can still be controlled. obama was pretty passionate about winning the elections. he was also controlled.

@gundamnduke0 im sorry i dont think i completely got your points there from what you wrote but i'll try to answer from what i can interpret. everyone has a right to act however they like and express themselves that way. its called a freedom and hong kong people are great that they have this freedom. however, just because you have the freedom to do so doesnt mean it is always right.

@25jai123 if the hk senate has such thing within this kind of situation, where the government is trying to pass a law that people doesnt want, crazy dude such as long hair would stand there and talk for a full day, thus stopping the law, and then u would think he has manner? just because he is not throwing paper airplanes? when you wana make a point, you make it, and different regions have a different way to make that point.

@25jai123 my point is not to follow the taiwanese, in fact, no one needs to. we all have that inside us, a point where we get desperate. when u act desperate, it does not mean u r an idiot. palin is an idiot, but u dunt see her doing crazy things in the senate, do you? so she is not an idiot as in she does not do those things in the senate? the US senators keep their "manners" because they have a completely different senate system. they have filibuster, and i think...con.

@gundamnduke0 i have seen how the taiwanese politicians act but just because they fight and act like baboons does not mean we should follow. i dont think the US senate is free from idiots either, look at the "intelligence" of palin and bachmann....... omg...... lols. but atleast they keep their manners most of the time and dont act the way some of the politicians were depicted showing here. they may indeed have a really great point but their actions are too much.

Actually i do not prefer such aggressive "measures" to improve the whole political system and to improve the election system of CE as well as the LegCo. Despite the fact that Donald Tsang did pretty bad in his year, he is still our Chief executive until next year. We should at least show some respect right? Being aggressive and using violent measures doesn't mean anything, but just a way to express ur anger and hatred to your own government , not something which can contribute a better future
