Septum Piercing with Ten Gauge Jewelry

This is me getting my septum pierced for the first time.

I decided to do it with ten gauge jewelry because I am so metal and I thought it would be a good idea.

The piercer was whining about opening and closing larger gauge jewelry and you'll see why. :S

Lots of pain and fun.

EDIT: The person who pierced my nose is not the resident piercer in the shop where i work. I asked him to do it. The piercing isn't crooked and healed nicely, excepting that I had a cold. The transfer was seamless. Typically piercings are done in a quieter setting where concentration is more attainable, but I have a taste for theatrics, so I invited an audience.

Don't make it into something worse than it is. Apart from the little slip, the piercing is perfect!

same as normal you just have to wipe the piercing with a cotton swab or corner of a tissure, it just is sensitive after it's first done so people get wary

i got my septum pierced just over a week ago and it hardly hurts at all anymore. healing up very nice. ..... was fricking sore getting it done tho.. im not gonna lie, worse than all my tattoos and piercings haha!!
