It's been a little while since I've posted anything new. I've been dabbling with caustics and water in an undersea environment and came up with this animation. I attempted to capture the motion of the caustics as they would appear underwater from the motion of the waves above by moving the light source creating the caustics. It didn't turn out exactly as I had hoped, but not too shabby for a few experimentation's. Created using Vue 6.5. Post processing done in Premiere.
