I don't mean to belittle your cause but I draw my strength from the Lord. He is my rock and my salvation. It is nice to help people as you do but there was no mention of the creator in your video. My philosophy differs from yours in that we do not have the power to change ourselves but when we cry out to the God of Heaven, He hears us. I do know for sure though that He heard my cry and my life as a result has been filled with much joy ever since...Joy in serving Him.
