its not lip sync.
Lips ync is when band imitates playing and singning when the phonogram is sounding.
Here we can see that someone removed original live audio from actual concert with stuio version of this song.
When You watching the picteure, its clearly can be seen that band there played live.
Perhaps somewhere must be video with actual live sound.
