@kc0eqf HA HA.. HEY IT DON'T HEAT SH** AT MY HOUSE.. DON'T WORRY IT'S A GOOD 5 MILES FROM THE BEACH, IT'LL BE OK .. NEXT VIDEO .. HEAT PUMP REPLACEMENT DO TO RUSTED THREW LID, CAUSING BURNER FAILURE... OR FIRE ? JUST GLAD THERE IS NO PINE TREES AROUND AND THIS UNIT IS NOT CLOSE TO THE HOUSE.

THIS IS HOW IT GETS PLUMBED WHEN YOU PISS OFF YOUR CONTRACTOR, THESE PUMP ARE JUNK AND WAY TO COSTLY TO REPAIR, AND AFTER THIS REPAIR, THERE IS A 50-50 CHANCE OF THE UNION NUT BREAKING AND CAUSING A TOTAL MELT DOWN ! ALL WILL BE LOST ! SOLUTION = RE-PLUMB AND REPLACE PUMPS WITH STA-RITE DURA GLAS PUMPS

What about the seal plate o-ring? where does that go?

@irfan5911 The seal plate O-ring goes around the seal plate, which sits against the pump housing.
