Procedure
∙ Kneel on the platform, back facing the machine and knees wide apart.
∙ Hold straps at full length, palms facing in
∙ Sit back slightly
∙ Hold the position

Coaching Key
∙ Push hips backwards and lean forward
∙ Maintain neutral spine
∙ Keep shoulders relaxed when pulling up on the straps
∙ Engage abdominals
