Beloit Police Abuse of Power - Highest Crime Rate in Wisconsin - I wonder why?

This is the last 5 minutes - the police would have sole custody of this evidence had I not fleed when I did. I'm not saying I considered that reason or any reason for fleeing. So, Beloit PD don't just harass Black people! Not all of the police are horrible, but many of them are. I've been harassed by several of them, A female cop picked a fight with me at a bar. Another cop tailed me one night, came up on the side of me, rolled his window down and called me a bitch. Another took under-agers to the bar but STILL got promoted to detective! Several of them deal more drugs than a pharmacy. Shadey, I tell ya.

I WAS WALKING DOWN THE ROAD ONE DAY AND A LADY COP PULLED ME OVER...I HAD ON A DRESS SHE BEGAN HARRASSING ME TELLING ME i WASNT WEARING UNDERWEAR..SHE WAS TRYING TO MAKE ME FIGHT HER. I HAD JUST MOVED TO BELOIT...SHE TOLD ME I NEEDED TO GO BACK TO WHERE I CAME FROM BECAUSE THEY DONT WANT MY KIND IN THEIR TOWN!!!SHE WAS INSINUATING I WAS A PROSTITUTE!!!! I WAS FURIOUS!!!
