Two engined UAV drops 30% of the right wing with 50% of the aileron and turns off one motor. Flight is stabilized through an adaptive control loop in the Paparazzi autopilot. http://paparazzi.enac.fr
@bxguan There was one middle servo pulling the wing-piece in during flight and two servos pushing it out for drop. You can see the servo arms around 2:36.
this might be a stupid question, but how did you make your wing pop off.

Is this special code within PPRZ or just use the normal PID control loops? If special can you point me to the code?

@danstah1
it uses the normal altitude/throttle loop and the special stabilization_adaptive.c for roll
