My parents' quartet sang this song at the Stating Singing Convention. My dad sang the bass and the group never used sheet music or anything. They new the song; so they just sang. Well, when it came time for him to sing the solo on the 2nd verse, he had forgot the words. I thought it was funny. Have always loved this song but could never find it anywhere. Thanks for posting!

Yeah, Dixie Melody Boys, Melody Boys Quartet and Reggie Sadler Family, but they are putting Ivan Parker, Janet Paschal, Jason Crabb and Squire Parsons..how do they fit into the whole "Quartet" scenario?

I saw them on the program with The Singing Americans, back when Michael English was with that group. I think it was in 1980. We had a great time. Both groups was so good.
