  • Thank you very much for posting this documentary.

Where did you get it from?

    Kind regards.

  • it is from the dvd set.

  • Is there a 1966 Filmation Batman DVD set out?

If so what are the ISBN codes and what is the price?

    TIA.

    Kind regards.

  • not as of now. hopefully they will release it on dvd

  • Which DVD set is the one this documentary is from?

The '78 series? What is the exact title?

Titles are a problem for me as the original titles are changed when a series becomes part of another series or program package.

    T.I.A.

    Kind regards.

  • "the new adventures of batman & robin" is the name of the DVD set.

  • Not sure if Lou is still making cartoons or Erika but one of the things about Batman and Bob Kane is that Bill Finger did all the heavy lifting. Bob Kane just put his name to everything. So what I'm saying is if Bruce Timm, Paul Dini or whomever were listening then that's probably where you'd go next with Batman in cartoons. Were you guys to make another show. More of Bill Finger's influence. Ok, here's me asking nicely (grovelling) pleaaaase make another Batman cartoon! CN may not renew BTBATB

  • @RetroDork74 i know,what happened?

  • It is unfortunate that there are no REAL Saturday morning cartoons anymore.

  • Bob Kane had nothing to say about the Filmation Batman probably because he was so disgusted by how empty and lame they had made his character.

  • Does anyone remember the buzz of the new Saturday morning lineup each season?? I vividly remember one those Saturday's being Sept 11th. I believe it was 1976. That date had always stuck in my head as a magical day for me and all my childhood friends as a children. Then Sept 11th, 2001 came along and forever darkened that date. HOW VERY SAD.

  • This is stil my favorite Batman show! Moonman was awesome!

  • kudos for Mark Hamill for staying so young at heart ..even though he's aged alot since 1977 he still seems to be of the same spirit of his younger days(unlike harrison ford)

  • @Aelflar

I have. I'm not really into that modern 1940's cartoon animation personally. But it seems like a really fun show for the kids today. I'm glad they enjoy it. But that wasn't exactley what I was saying before.

  • @jayce79 Watch Batman the Brave and the Bold then :D

It`s awesome Silver Age fun for all Bat-audiences!
