fuck yeah. no more waiting like a bitch for shouts to recharge.
been wanting to do this since the day before release when i killed a guard and picked up an amulet of talos.. tried to disenchant it and make my own set of dragon shout cooldown equipment.. game would let me and i was mad as hell.
then i resorted to this method. actually tried this when i first discovered the glitch and the effect didnt show up on the item while in my inventory so i assumed the dragon shout cooldown reduction was an exception. raged again.
recently discovered that i was mistaken. awesome.
now you have no excuse to not try the fortify restoration glitch.
i encumbered myself like hell because i wanted to show that encumberment doesnt matter while you have whirlwind sprint + no cooldown. good for moving house without a van.
you know this is fucking awesome, and i cant find any videos whatsoever on youtube for reducing dragon shout cooldown..yet

To sum this up to those wondering: Restoration potions inadvertently raise your Fortify enchants. Continuously drinking / Making them can increase your enchants up to trillions of points higher, literally.

can i do this if i dont have the crafting gear? and just the amulet except it will only take longer? or do i HAVE to use the crafting gear?

@TheTerenity without apparel to multiply, the potions wouldnt do anything. you would have a non-starter.
