  • @mohalfur I do cardio after my workouts therefore i dont feel fatigue once i get in the gym and risk improper form , but on leg days i like to warm up with a bit of cardio, not enough to kill my legs just enough to get my legs loose and ready to work.

  • Great video! Anyone into working out should watch this.

    I would add that if you if you want to be more pro-active, make sure you don't neglect core work. It provides stability for the entire body. Another is a full-body stretch routine (20-30min) done at least 3 times a week, preferably every day.

    If you haven't had an injury yet, but say your shoulder (or knee) might ache or crack/pop once in a while, layoff and find out if something is off (posture, imbalance, weakness, etc).
