First off, if you're gonna leave a nasty comment, don't. Vegas is loved by us and is the center of our world. We chose him and we love him more than any of you could imagine. He has epilepsy, and as some may know, it takes awhile to get the right medication and dosage that works for him. We have a Neurologist and an 24 hour ER nearby. Vegas gets monthly bloodwork and takes medicine daily. Despite all that, he still has breakthru seizures. My thoughts in posting this is to help other people realize what may be going on with their pet. Vegas does not have a brain tumor. Primary Epilepsy only. This is to educate, not critique.

  • Very kind to post the video. Hope that Vegas is doing well. My Bulldog is 9 months old. I came home last night and she had be sleeping. She goes crazy, charging around with excitement but then she had a seizure of about 10 seconds. She lost bladder control and went very stiff. she seemed to be ok afterwards. Was disturbing and heartbreaking to watch. She is in good spirits today but I am taking her to the vets tonight.

  • @ScottLeRoc I hope all goes well for your baby bulldog. Please keep me up to date on how your little one is doing. Vegas has almost made it to the 60 day mark without a grand mal seizure. He's had some smaller petit mals. Things are looking better.

  • One of the english bulldogs I dogsit, I noticed last night she was doing this. I knew it had to be some sort of seizure. Thank you for uploading this video so that I'd know what may have caused it. I hope your doggy is all right. xx

  • @pookie85 Do you think this is a new thing? Or did they warn you ahead of time?

  • @libra92673 They didn't know it was seizures. They said that she sometimes had those 'fits', but my sister-in-law has seizures so I immediately knew something was worse than just a 'fit', so I told the dogowners and she's set to see the vet on Monday.

  • @pookie85 If the dog happens to have one before they see the vet...ask them to try and get it on video.. It's so much easier for them to see it and diagnose it. Let me know what happens.
