@zack007 Thank you for your reply. I started stretching two days ago and somehow stretching my abs seems to hurt my back, does it mean I'm doing it wrong ?
@mersylla I try everyday to start with 15 mins of stretching and light yoga, and then i run for 30 mins, and do yoga/stretching for at least another 15 mins.
@mersylla I dont know exactly how long it should take. Yoga helps alot with strengthening your stomach muscles. The more you focus on practicing on your torso the better.
@zack007 Do you how long it would take to get a nice torso flexibility ? I'm really stiff and can't do the side winder. I mean I can but it doesn't look nice, my muscles seem to be really short.

@mersylla It doesnt mean you are doing it wrong but stressing the back to much, just stretch enough but if its hurting dont stretch so far
