Why should they not be paid $26 per hour?
How do you know that they used ANY govt money for education?
I think that you will find a fair co-operative business will often yield better wages than a greedy company which is top heavy.

Extremely interesting. Michael Moore is without a doubt the proverbial salt of the earth for promoting this type of educational film media for the sake of the millions of us who have never really stopped to think these things through. He deserves nothing short of a Profile in Courage award or a Congressional Medal for his outstanding work as a citizen and patriot. Love you Michael! Keep on keeping on.

In “Occupying Chairlifts” a simple rule tweak on inheritance ends up changing the direction and purpose of modern human life! Here’s a fair way to transition forward to where we’re rewarded for cooperating and creating instead of competing and conquering.
It's something specific we can demand. If this isnt the best answer, at least we’re thinking about what might be. Are we really just this close to having it work right?
Oh yeah, it's a Ski movie! “Occupying Chairlifts” on Youtube!

Not exactly, and the lady was wrong about them not having any communists there - they are in fact all very successful PROPER communists. (Communism is something entirely different from what you have in N. Korea or had in USSR or Việt Nam).

Of course we need more worker-owned businesses, actually that is the way most businesses should be. But what you call "non profit mother earth shit" are actually the guys that look after the interests of your children. Would you not want the future world citizens to have resources to live from?

"We aren't working to pay the CEO a six-figure salary"? CEOs in the United States made 6 figures back in the 1950s. In the 1980s, they made 7 figures. Today CEOs make an average of around 8 figures!

Just watched this DVD extra last night. Very inspiring! The workers probably have much higher self esteem, not being under the thumb of some parasitic CEO and management.

This is amazingly funny material for Michael Moore to use insofar as he bashes capitalism...
because IT'S STILL CAPITALISM YOU'RE PARADING, YOU FAT MORON! It isn't gov't owned, run or subsidized, it has owner/employees!
But I suppose I should thank you, Mr. Moore... not everyone can rant like you do and be a full 180 off his mark. :P
