Why wasn't she arrested for assaulting the burglar? He was unarmed - attacking with a hammer is totally disproportionate.

@promelt I think the fact that he forced entry into her house in the first place (when she was obviously home) was justification enough. She had no way of knowing if he was armed. On top of that, he charged at her and tried to drag her outside, so I think this was a pretty clear case of self defense.

@yummydarjeeling Yeah, it almost seems like she had to do everything herself (she fought the intruder, and she was one who ended up locating him for the cops).
