Most of the benefits ascribed to regular use of Raspberry tea through pregnancy are traced to the nourishing source of vitamins and minerals found in this plant and to the strengthening power of fragrine - an alkaloid which gives tone to the muscles of the pelvic region, including the uterus itself. Of special note are the rich concentration of vitamin C, the presence of vitamin E and the easily assimilated calcium and iron. Raspberry leaves also contain vitamins A and B complex and many minerals, including phosphorous and potassium.

There is a difference between blackberries & black raspberrys, when picking black raspberries also known as (black caps) black raspberries are hollow in the middle when they come off the plant unlike blackberries, the stem in the middle of the berry stays in tack, thats the only difference I know of between them.

Haha! Thanks for this video. I was showing my husband the wild black raspberries I found along our woodside, the whole time eating the ripe berries. It made me giggle when you kept eating the berries while explaining the properies of the leaves! Lol!
