  • As a sub contractor, I make about $25.00-45.00 an hour depending on the job. When a job is all mine, I make 60.00- 90.00 an hour, usually about five to six hundred US dollars a day on a good day. When I'm in the chair I also use a small squeegee or a synthetic sponge. In the matter of not digging out the top of the window, I wipe it on the way down while the stage is in motion because the cobb webbs are so bad. I ring out the wand really good on the ends thus eliminating normal run down issues.

  • As tempting as it is to cut up your your technique i'm going to say good job quality wise ettore does a better job though on the edges that is, I noticed you didn't cut the top edge to prevent run down, I too have been at it since 96 but on most jobs I just squeege the ledges clean too much time to towel them unless your worried about splashing the clean glass... here in Toronto 90+% get paid piece work most guys like to make 1000 bucks plus a week but us who push make like 1500-2500 you?
