COMING 2010 - Parallels in High Definition! They said it couldn't be done - this film was shot in 4:3 ratio in PAL resolution (720x576) in 2001 - using the latest technology, we are now in the process of completely re-mastering PARALLELS to create PARALLELS ULTIMATE EDITION HD. Taking advantage of this new technology, not only are we remastering the raw footage into High Definition and widescreen, we are also taking MASSIVE leaps forwards - for the first time, we are completely changing entire "sets" as originally shot and replacing them with Computer Generated Environments! (CGE!) A teaser appears towards the end of the teaser to show you what we mean.
This means that PARALLELS ULTIMATE EDITION as trailered here will now not see the light of day, instead we will be launching PARALLELS ULTIMATE EDITION HD.
Other changes include a from-scratch remaster of the entire movie, digital compositing, new CGI special effects, and even a new soundtrack!
