These god damn red light cameras are SO unconstitutional. #1: The tickets are issued by a private company. #2: They totally by-pass the due process laws of government, #3: They are done totally electronically without 1 person being involved, #4: Its about money.

I say, break those damn cameras! Safety my ass!! REAR-END collisions are UP! People slamming on the breaks to avoid a red light ticket. If I ever get rear-ended/smashed into at a photo-enforced, I am suing the city and REDFLEX!

The new ghostplate 2.0 works great for me. I love how it looks normal to other cars but cameras can't read the plate numbers.

Someone can always put a garbage bag over the cameras so that way the cameras cant see.

All plates that restrict a camera from taking a photo of your plate are now illegal, and you can be fined up to 500 dollars if found using one. Taxpayers: 0, Government: 1

In Texas they have to display a sign disclosing that you are entering a radar area. In Dallas you see the warning signs before the camera

technically this fine is for a pre crime. speeding in itself causes no harm, its only if you hurt someone then you have a criminal matter. thats why I say to the judge. Show me the injured party that has signed an affidavit saying that my speeding hurt them, and they can't. last time I checked you cant fine someone for a pre crime either lol

To the one that says "don't run the red light" they have proven that in many of these intersections they have modified the yellow lights by reducing the timing thus entrapping you. They also have more accidents at these intersections due to people slamming on their breaks to avoid getting a ticket

According to Arizona law you must be served by a cop in person or it is not a valid ticket. I was visiting my cousin in Prescott and got one of these. She told be to ignore it. It I went online and put in the case number to check on the status or sent in a reply by mail then that would be considered served. As long as you don't acknowledge you got the ticket they can't prove you did. There was an AZ sheriff

who was forced to put them in even though he stated they were against AZ law.

heres a thought.... don't speed
