Human kind produces less then 5% of total CO2 on Earth. All we control is this 5%. Nevertheless this guy actually believes that we can change the
temperature of our plant (yeah, like "change we need" and "yes we can"). What a retard!
This reduction does not change anything except that it will increase our taxes (c.p. Norway where the carbon tax already exists) and life expenses (more expensive oil, electricity and heating).

did you know that other planets are also warming? mars, saturn, etc are experiencing warming climate change. this is due to solar storms. man IS hurting the earth, but man made warming is proven wrong. this is propaganda. this is to gain more control and tax us for EVERYTHING. this bill is the biggest tax EVER to be imposed on the u.s. people. wake up and realize that obama is a puppet. theres so much proof. how can anyone be so blind. and i am NOT a racist. any color can be a liar. wake up.
