Scott was hurt at Indianapolis in 1997--he hit the wall twice and suffered a concussion. For the remainder of the year, Billy Boat and Davey Hamilton were Foyt's drivers. The Charlotte 500K was on CBS--the only IRL race ever broadcast on CBS--and CBS hired Joy and Sharp to cover that race.

I Knew It Was Mike Joy from the Begining, but what I said that it sounded like Marty Reid, but how did Scott cover races, DNQ or Something.
