Bonnie and Damon are together. Liz is Damon's sister. Caleb is Bonnie's bestfriend. Dean is everyone's enemy.
Story : A bite from a werewolf frightens Damon's life and Bonnie is ready to do whatever it takes to save his life. She contacts Caleb to call upon a greater power : dark magic. Bonnie discovers that to save his life she needs a sacrifice. Caleb and her manipulate Liz to lure Dean in a trap.
Thus Dean tries to take revenge on Liz, who tries to kill Caleb.The end of the video is actually what happened before Dean's return among the living.
