  • im 15 years old and im 5"4 i can already touch a 9" rim and i was wondering if these stretches would help me dunk on a 9" rim

  • hey coach selby your awesome i found your videos and used these stretches and went from almost dunking 9 foot one day to dunking 9.5 the next day im 5"8 and 14 and still growing im close to rim but i was having bad knee problems and forgot my braces so i only attempted 3 jumps that night and i wasted 2 hitting the orange box under the rim i hit my wrist on it so im hoping to get rim next time i go to a gym

  • @prodigy1353 Hey! What are you doing to get stronger? You will never jump higher if you are not stronger.

  • Yea. Not only can it give you some vertical because of the flexibility. But it will prevent injuries more, so you can you that vertical and go injury free.

    @cptmuska no, your father is a dumb ass. If you get to a real strength and conditioning coach, he will look at you with contempt, make you drink a gallon of milk and head you to that nasty, gut ling bar with a ton weights in it. prepare to get pinned
