  • This is called a "Modern world premiere" because the piece has never been published and there is no documentation of any performance of it- though we can certainly assume that Drago performed it many times. I obtained a copy of Dragonetti's original manuscript which I encountered (along with 8 more concerti and 31 quintets) at the British Museum Library Manuscript Room. This work and many others will be published by Editions Violone. Quintet No. 18 is published by Grancino Editions.

    IMC Concerto in A maj was no written by Dragonetti, but this one IS IN THE STYLE of DOMENICO DRAGONETTI, I'M SURE!!!
