@bahasamadagaskar If you pause near the start when the light is off, you can see that the lens is amber.

@JBofBrisbane If a red LED shines through a filter that blocks red, then you won't see anything.

@bahasamadagaskar - don't forget also that LEDs are monochromatic, and the colour you see is the specific colour they emit, regardless of what they have to shine through.

These are "EURO" style 510 tail lights. They are factory lenses, I have a brand new set in boxes myself.

78 LED's 6 LED's each column with some relaying for hazards. Electronic IC sequential to give the follow through effect.
