Um we dont HAVE to have a back hand spring and we have former cheerleaders help us. And I started working this week and it's 2 weeks from today, I'm so nervous!!

Ohhh my god I have two months to get myself together! I used to be a bit flexible but I stopped stretching. Now im at it again and I've really got to get my game on! I stretch an hour a day and I think it's helping. If anyone else has suggestions for doing stunts and stuff, lemme know!

Ok here were I live tumbling is not a must! To keep rhythm and beat is a must.Here you have to do facials you have to remember the cheers an dances I went to one tryout and made so many mistakes...I did NOT make it. I have been working so hard for basketball cheer i just do not think all of this true...But some really great tips. ThanksXD
