  • What kind of food should i have for dinner, and how many meals a day should i have? I have heard that if you eat many meals a day, you will loose fat. Is that true?

  • You metabolic rate is faster if you eat more often instead of big meals on an infrequent basis. I would suggest the following... breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, supper, snack

  • i have the reverse problem i have hardly any body fat i'm lean about 5ft 10 and only about 150lbs, what is the best way to bulk up and increase my size? do i need to put on fat then turn it in2 muscle? what would u suggest? i have trouble because my metabolism is so fast that i burn off calories as quick as i can put them on. i'd appreciate sum info that might help thanx.

  • My I be sobold as to suggest you try Naturally Massive, as it teaches you exactly how to progress past this kind of sticking point. Short of that, be sure to eat three meals and three snacks a day. You may be trying to eat too much at one time, but not spreading out your food through the day.

  • the thing is protein powder is NOT a meal replacement the replacements are loaded with carbs and artificial sweetners...and for protein powder you should choose whey protein ISOLATE
