ABSOLUTE FRAUD. Problem is, it doesnt get you out of the obligation. You can use it to sue and get a stop action on your forclosure, but ultimately the lender will win. The courts were at first confused, then owners started getting minor wins, then the courts started siding with the lenders. OF COURSE THEY HAVE TO or the system would collapse. If MERS was involved in your loan, you can DELAY your foreclosure but you WILL end up having to pay or lose the home. NOBODY has won a free home.
