The List Festival Party 2009

Every year The List throws the first and biggest of all the festival parties. This year we invited 1,500 people to join us and celebrate the launch of our festival coverage on Thursday 6 August.

The List Festival parties are legendary. Every year the demand is extraordinary as everyone wants to get their hands on tickets to what is renowned as the definitive start to the festival season.

The Times has said:

'It's always the kick-off to the festival party season, so start working on a reason to justify your presence. Tickets are printed on acetate to prevent forgery. Scottish media are out in full force, with an injection of glamour from Fringe performers.'
