I live in Phila. and this zoo is a disgrace. Alligators are housed in enclosures not much bigger than the average bathtub. Box turtles are housed in filthy conditions. Reptile keepers are not open to suggestions. I wish people would stop supporting this facility. I feel sorry for those poor creatures who have such a sad life there.

@chicadesi1 You say you live in Philadelphia, but I can't believe you have actually visited the Philadelphia Zoo. What you are saying in your comments is simply not true in any way.
