I'm 13 and I'm already jumping 8.18m. I know that's not very far, but I don't train or anything! So I might actually use these tips!!

Get in the weight room strengthen your legs and do lots of plyometrics. Do increase your vertical On Destorm channel to increase speed and your vertical. last year was my sophmore year to i was jumping 42 and a halfs and now i can jump 45ft in tennis shoes. Well train hard and stretch and goodluck making getting a scholarship

Tips: Extend your first and second phases. Don't save it for your third phase. Run with more power!
