  • Dove Blue? Very pretty car

  • Dude it has a empi stinger on it now--- it really sounds like a drag bug should, people at street light look around wondering were the rumble is coming from!

  • YEAAAHH. keep makin that sound

  • Yes its strong enough for wheelie's but I adjusted the front down too far for the proper weight transfer to the rear for the best e.t. times, I wanted to make a good run but take care of the new project I really wanted to lift it up but didnt want to have it slam down on re-entry LOL I will try during the next sunny day to put up new video of the engine running outsie with the stinger on it!!!

  • NO DOUBT! they were biult by Jack Sachette of Jacee Cee himself for Chico's project they are 49.5"s the throttle linkage was a one off custom solid titanium, in hot VW's magazine the 2006 engine build off acticle spoke about my engine and that the linkage was not finished in time for the dyno day so Chico and Jack had to run it later it made 221hp 191 tq on pump gas! 9 1/2 to one compression, thats hard to do.

THE CAR IS NOW FOR SALE 23k take care.

its on my web shots under (vw terrycookjr)

  • Very nice! Is it strong enough to do a wheel stand like Herbie? What's its top speed?

  • Nice motor bro.....those carbs look like they could suck small children and animals off the sidewalk!!!!! lol......

  • it is a true 1962 canadian standard if ya know what that is..? the engine is new as41 mag case built from chico the car has 90k original miles!!! very clean

  • sweet! how fast can that new one go? what year is the engline, & year of the car?

  • Ya still everytime I start it up after a while it makes your heart bump a bit then around the neighborhood through the gears!! she's up for sale soon after some new carpet-it was new already but needed it perrrrfect with that 6 point cage!

  • Man, that thing is cold blooded. Sounds real healthy. Must have been an awsome feeling!

  • yep up for sale soon too only 400 miles

  • wow that is rediculously clean

  • Yep custom CPR cap

  • actually I didnt start the car I was holding the cam. it has a crash box that will slightly turn if it was in gear at the high revs the tires would have greatly excelerated which they didnt ..anyway doing wheelies now is fun :)
