this doesnt prove that shaolin is better.....it doesnt any style whatsoever is better than another style. u do not compare styles. the style u learn are movements that u can incorporate in a real fight situation if necessary, otherwise, one-two punch and a kick is good enough. although i do recommend bak mei if ur so sure that u are a good fighter. that shit is explosive power, be it ur weak or strong, u can fuck up anyone, ANYONE. wat is bak mei designed for? simple movements for real fights.
