  • The panic away program tells you what to do during an attack ,don't try to resist what was happening. Again it is to see how you can be in charge. Instead of trying to resist the attack and fail, you accept what is happening and challenged the symptoms to continue. All of the details are in the program. PS I'm off all my meds!

  • First, consult a psychotherapist, not a psychologist. A psychotherapist is a person with knowledge of a theoretical and philosophical psychology in a given stream, as well as specific training to provide therapy for other people. A psychologist does not always have a specialty as a psychotherapist. That being said iv tried this program and it dose work.

  • Basically, you need to retrain your brain everyday until all the old unuseful thinking patterns disappear. You must stop thinking about your irrational fears; thinking about them will only increase your fears.

  • i always feel like a scared puppy compared to the other girls at school i talk to. i can make them laugh or agree with me for a second, and then i start asking questions like i don't fuckin understand. but once i get to know someone, i'm a lot more confident. i blame my dad. he's the anti-social parent, so i got screwed there. i swear sometimes when i talk to him its like talking to a four year old...
