Hey Mark! Fantastic Work! If you don't mind answering a question for me please? About how long does it take you to draw each gesture? Just curious to your timing seems like I go either to quickly or too slow.

@Starexai Thanks! Its a bit hard to tell, I spent about an hour with the whole sheet from start to finish, so one silhouette was around 2-3 minutes max with all the passes.

how would you do this on paper?

@CSSWarrior Black brush pen or black ink with brush for the basic silhouettes and a gray or white opaque fine liner for the second step.

@t260y I know its not easy, but I would suggest to start with a traditional art training to learn the basics about composition, color theory, anatomy, etc. All the programs for digital painting are just tools, like a pencil or oil paint - without a solid foundation in art they are worthless.
