Join us on a magical journey through the beautiful Southwest Deserts as photographed over many years by Larry Deutman and Doug Sherman. During wet years, the deserts explode with spectacular color. Some of the images were taken during what are termed 'fifty year blooms.' In other words, blooms of their intensity are expected to occur once every fifty years or so. And, because Larry and Doug live in Arizona, they photograph those rare moments when nature puts on her spectacular displays from delicate cactus flowers to massive fields of color.
