In 1996, two welfare programs were established to assist low income families to aid them in child care, The Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) and The Child Care Development Block Grant (CCDBG).
According to the Census Bureau, poverty rates among families with children decreased up until Bush's presidency in 2000.
Today, both programs are not receiving any additional funds and are
becoming less effective because of inflation.
How do you plan to adjust funding for the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) and Child Care Development Block Grant (CCGDBG) programs to correlate with inflation?
