this is a baby who got no food from his parents. It is now about 30 days old, so as you can see, it has a great growth retardation. We feed our baby lovebirds always with a spoon.
Is this an agapornis? I'm typing this with my agapornis in my hand sleeping and he has lots more feathers. is it because the parents did not feed? does he recover fully from it?
You posted the video on Sep. and now it's Dec. Is the baby still alive ?

It's an Agapornis personata. It has no feathers because his it's parents didn't feed it well.
I don't now that he will recover but we are trying hard.
