Hey girl, I did the same thing last year in May,and I am about to reach 1 year in 3 months. I cut all my hair off,so I didn't really transition. People thought I was crazy. Best wishes !

I see new growth :P I transitioned for only 4 months. I began stretching the relaxers-then cut my hair from apl to a bob. I couldnt wait lol. I believe you can go wayyy more though.
