@junglemonkeysex The point was to respond to someone who believes all American cars are junk. He thought that no American car had ever won a road course race in Europe. I proved him wrong. He has been quiet ever since. I am in agreement with you on Camaros and such beating out so many other cars. Team Donohue did quite well with first gen Camaros back in the day as well.

@exemplar1 and i saw a brand new camaro beat mazdas, kias, porsches, bmw's and an assorted bunch of euro and JDM cars (yes i know kia isn't JDM) on a touring car race on the speed channel with two mustangs getting podium finishes behind it. so this whole american vs everything else on road courses is bunk. it comes down o the pits, the race type, the driver, and the best set up for the ride.
