The story of the video is this-
Snape has always admired Lily since they were kids, but he doesn't know if she returns his feelings. It seems like every day they're fighting about something new. And with that James Potter guy hanging around, things couldn't get any worse. But when Lily doees choose, Snape is shocked that he's the one she wants to be with. But is their love too late? Snape's struggling with demons of his own and Lily's fate is looming closer.
This doesn't follow the book exactly. I took some *ahem* artistic liberties.

in the book it says about Lilly shouting at james about bullying snape and in the film it didn't even show Lilly it was so short they messed it up!

I highly doubt that, but if it is true then Lily really was quite a bitch. What kind of a "best friend" would behave or think like that in any way?!

(I could rant for hours on the complete unfairness and immaturity of Lily's dismissal of Severus)

Snape was with her every step of the way and them he slips up once in a fit of rage and embaressment and she abandons him....? Anyone else thinks thats completely unfiar? And hello! Has this girl ever heard of friends before lovers? Errrrrr... Honestly, Lily bugs me.

I saw the new Harry Potter twice already, and I cried so hard when Snape was crying while holding Lily's dead body. It was terrible. </3 Snape and Lily belong together..

@Yunalescaaeon She wasn't dismissing Snape, she knew he was going down a dark and dangerous road. Why else would he call his best friend and the girl he loved a 'Mudblood," sometimes you have to cut ties to those you love who are down a destructive path because no words you say to them will awaken them to their actions. Like she said 'You have chosen your path and I have chosen mine." Her death is what changed his path. Sometimes thats the only way to get through to people, cut your ties.

@Yunalescaaeon Lilly explained her reasoning at her treatment of Snape. She knew that he was going down a dangerous and Dark road. Why else would he call his best friend and the woman he loved a 'Mudblood'. Sometimes people, even when they care desprately about someone have to cut their ties and realize that people make their own decisions. Thats why she said 'You have chosen your path and I have chosen mine." She wasn't dismissing him just showing what his evil actions were costing him.

@Yunalescaaeon in the books she had a good reason to dismiss Snape from her little group of friends... She was his best friend until he had a "slip of the tongue" and called her a Mudblood. If he said it then he had to be thinking it.

@MarthaRRLeBlanc I'm pretty sure she's been called worst. But to hear it coming from a friend since childhood... I think Severus finally crossed the line with that one.
