Hey JaiMac28! Why confused? It shows that The Company considered Echo as a dangerous evolved human that is why they imprisoned him inside the Level 5 which makes the viewer's arrive at the conclusion that Echo will be a part of Season 3 Villains. I think Echo escaped and will seek revenge to The Company and find his girlfriend, Gina. That webisode was just a preview of making us know how evolved human get inside the Level 5.
