@Slaterking2010 YES... I know it would be more difficult if he kept it on for a few months and dealt with what all us other fat people live with... carrying it around and dealing with it, plus even have those few extra pounds "sneak up" and deal with the reality of the "fattening" spiral overweight people live in every day. It's not only about putting the fork down and going for a walk. It's about existing with being overweight and having to force yourself to move. I deride this journey.

Its easy for him. 2 reasons.
1. He had muscle before, and that is what burns alot of energy and growing it back is faster.
2. Same applies but to his fitness, it will go back faster.
