Task: Each of the two finalists, Simon and Kristina, must put together a proposal for the redevelopment of a site currently occupied by the IBM Building on London's Bank. This site was purchased for £120m by Sir Alan Sugar.The task involves the designing of a major landmark building that is both profit-making and has an iconic design.After each enlisting the help of four of the previously fired candidates, the finalists must then present their ideas to an audience of 100 property, finance and architectural experts, along with Sir Alan Sugar and his assistants Margaret Mountford and Nick Hewer.

Tre is (like many/most of us) incapable of handling the things he can't understand, for lack of vision and can't cross the boundaries of comfort-zones. The images of Tre with the boat-scetch on his knees, arms crossed and moaning about Rory is examplaric.

This limited mindset makes him obstruct processes and hiding behind personal dislikes.

Rory, though being a proven pain in the ass, is the main/only contribution towards the design-process.

I'm actually really going to miss watching Tre.. yeah he can be a dick at times, but a lot of the time what he says is right, or becomes a moment which is comedy gold.

They came up with the idea of the angel firstly it has been done before within the UK secondly this will not excite the world because there is already a famous statue in Rio de Jenairo. Why would you send Lohit and Tre in order to explain Rory's idea I mean sure Lohit was there when Rory saw the inspiration for the idea however he will never be able to explain the thought behind the idea as the original creator themselves in this case Rory. Rory is stupid to want dancing show girls.
